How did it all start for Marilyn and Antonio Bono?

Marilyn Bono, from Essex (England) was secretary of the management of the mint house "The Royal Mint" of Great Britain after a high apprenticeship in secretarial work. One year she came to Calpe looking for a holiday home for an English friend, who ran a Golf item shop.

In 1990 she found her dream house in the Empedrola Urbanization and moved with her two children to Calpe, on the Costa Blanca. In 1995 she met her husband, Antonio Bono from Calpe, because he was her neighbour in the Empedrola Urbanization. She entered the real estate world in 2002 to serve English clients in a real estate agency in Calpe. She only wanted to stay for 6 months, but in the end it has been 15 years. In 2017 she retired, but now she advises and manages Inmobres with her husband Antonio Bono.

Her husband, Antonio Bono, was born in Calpe. He did the BUP and studied French for 6 years in a private academy, taking the EOI exam in Valencia. In 1977 he entered the hospitality industry, especially the Bono Bar in downtown from Calpe. Later, in 1985 Antonio worked half a year in the Land Registry in Calpe and in 1986 he decided to change jobs and went to the family printing company. A few years later, in 1997, he opened his own company. refurbishing properties and offering garden maintenance.

Finally, in May 2017, Antonio Bono wanted to make a change and try the real estate world and he created the real estate agency Bono Property Services SL (Inmobres) in Calpe. He has seen that his wife Marilyn Bono has helped to many people in the 15 years that she worked in the real estate sector and he has wanted to follow this path. In addition, he did not want Marilyn's professional knowledge to be lost and from the beginning at INMOBRES he has given a lot of importance to collaborations, digitization, computing, social networks and marketing.

And now, 5 years later, Antonio Bono comments that he really enjoys working directly with people and it feels good to be able to help a lot of people. In addition, he comments that he feels very grateful to all the clients, collaborators, family and friends who support him in this beautiful project.

In these 5 years they have worked a lot and before the end of 2022 they decided that it was time to take a step into the future by opening a new office in the center of Calpe and also increase the professional team.
